Hatcher Pass Polaris has three MSD factory-trained technicians. Don Lelle, our shop manager, has been with us since the shop opened in 1993. He has a vast knowledge of the Polaris product and is often called on by the Polaris factory engineers for first-hand experience in the field. Our other two technicians, Bernie and Tom, have been with us for over 6 years. We pride ourselves on knowing the product and taking the finest care when working on our customers' equipment. Our team does extensive machine work in-house: cylinder boring, crank rebuilding, and complete 4-stroke and 2-stroke engine rebuilds. We also do shock rebuilding.
